We’re excited to announce that the 5th international conference of the Food Allergy Forum will take place in beautiful Amsterdam, the Netherlands, from 27-29 September 2027. This 5th edition will focus on key topics, including food allergen risk assessment and risk management, allergenicity assessment for novel food products, and new approaches to maintaining and optimising immune health for better prevention and therapy.
