FOOD ALLERGY FORUM – 3RD INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE


The main objectives of the Food Allergy Forum are: providing a unique platform for the food industry, science, and regulatory authorities to exchange information and experiences on the various aspects of food allergy; reviewing current knowledge related to food allergy; and discussing strategies for prevention and control of food allergy ensuring food safety and protecting human health.

The programme of the 3rd international conference includes:

  • An exceptional line-up of invited speakers covering topics such as food allergy development, food allergen risk assessment and management, food allergy management and therapy, and more.
  • The training "Demystifying the risks on allergy risk assessment" presented by ILSI Europe.
  • The workshop "LC-MS/MS for qualitative and confirmatory analysis of allergens" presented by SCIEX.

The topics of the 3rd international conference of the Food Allergy Forum are intended to meet the needs of food businesses, food researchers, and healthcare professionals who want to be updated on the progress and possibilities in this field.

Snippets from the upcoming programme sessions were presented virtually by internationally renowned experts: Michelle Epstein, Todd D. Green, Marjolein Meijerink, Kirsten Grinter, Joseph Baumert, Paul Turner, and Bert Popping. For those interested, the videorecording is available on request.
